Box set: should be three books, right? Wrong. What a rip off. One book with not much in it.
It was expensive for a low quality book.
There is no nutritional information, no serving sizes and no indication of what phase the recipes were meant for. Also, the editing is terrible. One recipe ingredient list had "One Tbl dried " as the first item. Dried what??? Another recipe for oat meal gave instructions to "add some water to a pot then add the oatmeal. No indication of how much water. Book not worth the borrow because I don't trust the recipes
This is a box set. I have got here 3 books in one cover. I think i'm lucky that i have got this book with this price. This is an essential book for all especially who are looking for gastric bypass recipes.
